Governor’s Row is a complex of 10 garden style office buildings located on Lamar Blvd in Arlington, Texas. WPA formed an investment group to acquire the property in 2007. The buildings are individually platted and available for sale to users or investors. As of Spring 2009, 3 of the 10 buildings have been sold. Upon acquiring the properties, a Property Owner’s Association was formed. The POA has completed substantial improvements to the complex including replacement of the roofs, refinishing the doors, landscaping, repainting shutters, installing common area signage and banners, parking lot repairs and restriping, sidewalk ADA improvements, interior bathroom and common area improvements, new exterior building and parking lot lighting, repair and painting of the windows and exterior woodwork, and various other improvements.
